Giroux did an outstanding job with my underground service installation and 200A panel upgrade. Their communication was great from the start, and they showed up right on time with a full crew ready to work. Because they had a whole team dedicated to the job, they completed it incredibly fast and kept our power downtime to an absolute minimum. The quality of their work was obvious and professional. They took the time to make sure the wiring looked just as good as it worked, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Giroux Electric was great starting with the first phone call. Justin came the same day, found the electrical problem,  had the time to hang an outside light for us, there was a problem with the card reader,  so it looked like it went through twice, I received a text message from Lynna saying there might have been a problem. I've worked with a range of electricians accross the state on projects ranging from accessory lighting to airport renovations and in all of my trade experience I have yet to come accross an electrician company that is so pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I am the foreman of Reimagined Roots and Giroux Electrical Contractors worked with us to supply power to a shed and greenhouse install in Northborough. During the first meeting with Josh before we broke ground, the conversation was immediately great even on a cold and rainy morning. We set clear goals for each other and every step of the process went smoothly. Whether we were on the site together, or completing our tasks seperately, each and every step went according to plan with smooth communication and a joyful vibe. My technicians John and Drew spoke incredibly highly of Josh's; Justin and Phil. Everday on site was in high spirits, working effictively, safely, and smoothly. Between the 6 of us, the install and cooperation throughout the project was immaculate and I couldn't reccomend an electrician higher for any sub contracting and cooperative projects. Excellent, premium service, professional and knowledgable. Giroux worked extensively on a new construction/addition to our home and also did some landscape lighting for us. They are not the most inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Trustworthy and polished work. Justin M. and Josh W., with their incredibly kind and friendly demeanors, repaired and restored the downed weather head and riser.
