Yes, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded to provide electrical services in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our team of electricians is highly-trained and qualified to handle any electrical job safely, professionally and up to code.

How do I know if I need an electrical upgrade?

Signs that you might need an upgrade include frequent circuit breaker trips, flickering lights, outlets that are warm to the touch, or outdated or rusty electrical panels. If you’re experiencing any of these issues, it’s best to contact us for an assessment. You may also need to upgrade your electrical service if you’re planning to add mini-splits, heat pumps, a standby generator, solar, pool/hot tub/sauna, electric vehicle charger or if you’re doing a home renovation/addition.

What should I do if I experience a power outage?

First, check if the outage is affecting your whole neighborhood or just your home. If it’s only your home, check your circuit breaker for tripped circuits. Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates for most of our services. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we’ll perform a site visit if necessary and we’ll provide a detailed estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, ACH, and checks. We also offer financing options. For more information on payment options, please contact our office.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, any of our staff members can help navigate our financing options with you.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

We do not charge for site visits for more involved projects that need estimates. Once an estimate is approved, we typically expect a 50% deposit, but please refer to your payment terms. For service calls (i.e., something we need to troubleshoot) there is a fee to have our technicians come out and diagnose the issue, but the payment is collected by the technician on the day of.

What warranties do you offer on your work?

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor. We cannot provide warranties for parts outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will do everything we can to help facilitate any replacement/faulty materials. Please inquire about specific warranty details for your project.

Do you use an answering service?

No, it is always our staff answering the phones. We answer them from 7 am-4 pm. After that, you will get a recording directing you to leave a message or follow prompts for emergency service.
